Adderman Shipping Policy

We carefully pack and ship every pair of vintage frame within 1 business day of ordering. If you order your frames before 4PM PST we will pack and ship your vintage frames the same day. If you order your frames after 4PM PST we will pack and ship your vintage frames the next business day. 

All of our vintage eyewear are shipped for free domestically via USPS First Class Mail. Vintage eyewear shipped from Adderman via USPS First Class Mail should arrive at your doorstep within 4-7 business days. 

If you are receiving your vintage eyewear from Adderman domestically, you can upgrade to expedited USPS Priority Shipping for a nominal $9.99 fee. Your USPS Priority shipment vintage glasses should arrive in 1-3 business days. 

International Shipping

All vintage eyewear are shipped internationally for a nominal $29.99 shipping via USPS International Priority Mail. Delivery times vary based on the country of shipment. All international customers are responsible for customs and duties fees.


You MUST email us before purchasing your vintage frames to make sure shipping is available to your location.

Adderman Return Policy

All frames are guaranteed to arrive in the condition described. If, for any reason, you need to return your frames E-MAIL US WITHIN 3 DAYS for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please write the number on the outside of your package. The returned frame(s) must be received within 5 business days of authorization.

Our exchanges and store credits are for the original purchase price less a any shipping and handling costs. Return postage and package insurance is the customers’ responsibility. THE VINTAGE EYWEAR MUST BE RETURNED to Adderman IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH LENSES NEVER INSTALLED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS.

Will I get a full refund?

YES. 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEED REFUNDS - Once we receive the goods back in the original condition, we will issue a full refund or store credit your choice) minus shipping charges. Any costs that we may incur for the returned goods will be deducted from the credit. No exceptions can be made to the 7-day return policy from the date of receiving. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.


How should I return my vintage eyeglasses or sunglasses?


Place the frame back into its original packaging and seal the box. Write the  Return Merchandise Authorization number on the box ( Return Merchandise Authorization number is provided by our service department at Take extra care on the customs declaration on your shipping paperwork to avoid unnecessary import duty when we receive them. Mark the goods as "returned to sender" or "returned for warranty" in the shipping documents. Any costs that we incur for returned goods will be deducted from the refund. If you ship the goods back via a courier (Fedex, UPS etc.) there may be a clearance charge which we will have to subtract from the credit.


As with any eyeglass frame purchase, please check sizes carefully. We provide a detailed breakdown of each frames measurements. A good way to check sizing is to compare these measurements to a current pair of your glasses. If you need to exchange your frame for a different size contact us. You must return your original frame through our return policy, receive your store credit then purchase the new size frame.


The vintage frames sold on Adderman are between 20-50 years old. We recommend that, when you have your frames adjusted and lenses installed, you choose an optical store with the knowledge and expertise in handling such frames. Even with modern frames the possibility of breakage exists while heating the plastic and installation of lenses. Vintage frames are no different and are even more delicate due to their age. In most cases there should be no issue if done professionally and with care. Adderman will not be responsible for any frame that is damaged or broken while being adjusted or during the installation of lenses.




Due to the heightened risk of fraud associated with credit card purchases of high-end luxury items, Adderman only ships to shipping addresses that match the billing address at the time of purchase. However, we recognize the necessity for customers to have an option of shipping the package to an alternate address. If you need to have the package shipped to an address different than your billing address, we will require that you contact us directly before placing your order at which point you can discuss your situation with a frames concierge.
